At Kumba Town Cooperative Credit Union Limited (KUTCULL), I supported day-to-day financial and administrative operations, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
I assisted with customer and member service, account-related processes, and client enquiries. I also supported cash and payment activities and kept records under supervision.
At KUTCULL, I gained practical exposure to lending and recovery, accounting, internal control, and cooperative financial services, and participated in member outreach.
My University of Buea research project examined the role of internal control in bank performance. I reviewed relevant studies and developed experience in literature review, questionnaire-based data collection, and analysis.
