Through my experience at the Ministry of Justice (Department of Public Prosecution) and in private practice as part of Whiteboard Partners LP, I have drafted and reviewed charges, legal opinions, writs, pleadings, and written addresses. I also conduct case file reviews, advise on the viability of criminal charges, and prepare proofs of evidence and case summaries to support clear prosecution strategy.

I am comfortable handling court proceedings—from arraignment and bail applications to trial preparation, examination-in-chief, and cross-examination. I also work through pre-trial steps, settlement discussions, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), while ensuring compliance with court rules, timelines, and procedural requirements, collaborating effectively with legal teams and stakeholders.
