What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Order Entry role where I can use my data entry accuracy, administrative support skills, and customer service mindset to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time—while improving operational efficiency through reliable record management.

I’m a detail-oriented professional focused on accurate, timely order processing. In previous roles, I’ve consistently ensured records stay up to date, discrepancies are resolved quickly, and customers and teams receive dependable support.

As an ICT Instructor, I developed lesson plans and training materials, delivered practical and theoretical instruction, and assessed learner progress. I also managed classroom and laboratory facilities, maintained training records, and provided technical support and troubleshooting for computers and related devices.

Earlier, as a Data Entry Officer at RoyalWay Logistics, I entered, updated, and maintained logistics and operational records in company databases and spreadsheets. I processed shipment information, tracked deliveries, verified data accuracy, prepared reports, and ensured documentation was managed efficiently while collaborating to correct data discrepancies.
