What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead data, analytics, customer data, and MarTech initiatives that turn omnichannel data into stronger customer engagement, media effectiveness, and commercial growth.

I've led data and analytics agendas at Abercrombie & Fitch, QuantumBlack–McKinsey, HYPERS, Publicis Groupe, and Merkle. My work connects customer data, BI, data science, and MarTech to strengthen customer engagement and business decisions.

At Abercrombie & Fitch, I streamlined APAC analytics collaboration, advanced regional performance and product dashboards, launched customer intelligence models, and architected a China customer data and MarTech platform unifying cross-channel customer and product data. I also supported GenAI adoption and AI-generated PDP imagery initiatives with Marketing, eCommerce, and Product teams.

Across consulting and agency roles, I've delivered CDP, CRM, MMM, MTA, segmentation, audience strategy, and omnichannel measurement solutions for retail, apparel, beauty, sportswear, FMCG, and travel brands. I bring deep knowledge of China's digital media ecosystem, including Tmall Databank, Strategy Center, Douyin Yuntu, and RedNote Lingxi.
