What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my automotive materials, composite design, FEA, and validation experience to complex engineering projects where I can improve material performance, manufacturing feasibility, and technical processes.

At Kautex–Textron, I design automotive battery enclosures and validate composite, polymer, metal, and recycled materials for customer projects. I use CATIA V5, ANSYS Discovery AIM, and Altair SimSolid to optimize designs for stiffness, impact performance, topology, and manufacturing feasibility.

I've led PFAS material switchovers across 50+ components, maintained 100+ standardized documents, built PowerApps for material-release tracking, and trained 30 engineers on SimSolid. I also translate complex automotive engineering topics into accessible articles and have written more than 40 pieces for Stumpwater Media.
