At Autoliv WRO, I supported the SOP of a new steering-wheel project for BMW, Volvo, and MAN by redesigning the production line layout and validating manufacturing processes with cross-functional teams.
I eliminated two non-value-added activities through process optimization and standardization, generating approximately €72,000 in annual savings. I also helped reduce manufacturing defects through a protection solution for the HOD cable, tooling and fixture standardization, and process and component changes.
At TBS Aviation, I released more than 500 tooling and fixtures into production, verified technical drawings, and developed technical documentation. I also selected and validated materials and developed load-test schematics.
Earlier, I designed a steel structure for a real project during my A&C Trading internship and assisted with machining and CAM code creation. For my bachelor's thesis, I designed and optimized a production flow, reducing production times by 11% and improving overall economics by 23%.
