At Robert Bosch SRL, I develop mechanical components for ADAS electronic control units and sensors, integrating housings, heat sinks, connectors, wiring harnesses, fastening elements, sealing concepts, and cooling solutions. I work from customer and product requirements and support mechanical design through the QGC development phases.

I use GD&T and statistical tolerance stack-up analysis to check assembly fit and interfaces, and I create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings in PTC Creo and Solidworks. I release drawings and technical documentation through Windchill PDM and maintain BOM structures in SAP.

For a pending patent application, I developed a 3D design for a vehicle power connector used in ADAS electronic control units. The redesigned pins improved power capability and interface compatibility with the PCB layout, enabling selective soldering.

Earlier, as a Mechanical Design Intern at Continental Automotive SRL, I assisted with injection-molded iCam housings and contributed to prototyping with FDM 3D printing. I also completed SQL data analyst training focused on extracting plant-line data and investigating recurring patterns and potential process issues.
