What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring hands-on AI-augmented development practice into a technical leadership role, driving .NET architecture, microservices, delivery quality, code review, and SQL performance.

At Mantra Softec, I drive .NET Core and microservice adoption while embedding Claude and Claude Code into delivery workflows for implementation, pull-request review, and T-SQL optimization. I design target architectures, own database design, and deliver critical modules directly.

I’ve built a Blazor Contractor Portal, NBFC loan services for disbursement, interest calculation, and KYC/CIBIL integration, and PACS integration for 45 co-operative banks. My work spans .NET Core APIs, SQL Server, Azure AD, Azure Blob Storage, Linux hosting, and independently deployable services.

Across Nelito Systems, MOL IT, Mcnroe Consumer Durables, healthcare products, and ERP platforms, I’ve led architecture, delivery planning, team workflows, database performance work, and client-facing technical analysis. I bring 12+ years of experience across Core Banking, NBFC, healthcare, ERP, and enterprise application delivery.
