What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote legal roles supporting U.S.-based legal and business teams, with work involving corporate legal operations, U.S. corporate and securities law, governance, SEC reporting, transactional documentation, or cross-border legal support. I’m available for schedules requiring four core U.S. hours of overlap, subject to employer requirements.

Under Adv. Manas Dutta Choudhary at the Calcutta High Court, I represented and supported clients in life, health, and property insurance claim disputes. I assisted with pleadings, motions, declarations, and supporting legal documentation for trial preparation.

My legal internships included drafting affidavits, agreements, and bail petitions at District and Sessions Court, Barasat, and researching the POCSO Act and related frameworks at the Supreme Court of India.
