At TMC (Track Machines Connected), I engineered Python backend systems for a 3D point-cloud processing tool supporting railway management and automation. I've led a four-member team building Shuttle Sensei, using ActionFormer and Gemini API to analyze badminton videos and generate coaching insights, reaching 93% mAP for player-action detection. I also built a full-stack EdTech platform with React.js, Node.js, JWT, and Razorpay, and developed a ResNet-based diabetic retinopathy classifier achieving 90% stage-wise diagnostic accuracy.
