Designed and led development of decentralized lending smart contracts on Cardano, managing $170M+ tokens locked in protocol contracts at peak TVL. Reduced local protocol simulation time from ~2 hours to ~5 minutes and cut transaction review/signing time from ~1 hour to ~2 minutes while coordinating roadmap execution with stakeholders.

Led architectural decisions for a core web framework used by Discovery-branded services, improving reliability and developer productivity through stronger typing and safer data access patterns. Implemented visual regression testing, application logging infrastructure, and backend performance improvements (reduced response time by ~50%) for CMS-driven APIs.

Built and evolved ordering products for restaurant owners, developing both Android and web clients using PureScript and improving system performance and maintainability by migrating backend features from Ruby to Haskell. Redesigned the customer support map editor, cutting map zone edition time by ~80%.

Designed and implemented an internet monitoring system to detect requested phrase occurrences, aggregating results and exposing data via an API. Built a Haskell backend and a web interface using jQuery, including training for staff on system usage.

Implemented a Scrum-based internship project to expose RESTful APIs for online shops using Broadleaf Commerce, and built a URL shortener as a hackathon extra project. Developed the URL shortener in Haskell with logging and PostgreSQL integration.
