At BenchOnDemand, I test the IATA Authoring Platform across releases, manage defects in JIRA, and work closely with development, QA, and product stakeholders. I reduced duplicate test cases by 20% and helped prevent a high-impact production issue before release.
I've built around 300 test cases for a new project and improved test coverage by approximately 30–45% through optimized test design. My project experience includes XML authoring, Meta quality data management, and Bitrix24 CRM workflows.
