What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities in Agile delivery leadership, Agile transformation, and large-scale cross-functional team enablement, with a focus on optimizing multi-team execution and organizational agility.

At Hobasa, I direct delivery, capacity planning, and risk mitigation for three cross-functional teams of around 50 members in a distributed setup. I use delivery metrics and governance to support decision-making and Agile maturity.

Previously at Hobasa, I served as Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master, translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, then into sprint plans. I managed team capacity and deployment risks to keep the development team focused on iteration goals.

At Provana, I guided US clients through implementation and onboarding of a debt collection SaaS platform. I aligned the platform with client goals and designed and delivered training to support adoption.

Earlier, I handled customer and airline operations at Cherry E-Commerce Private Limited, Exl Gurgaon, and Concentrix, including complex escalations and ticketing work using Galileo and Amadeus.
