I’m a CMA/ICWA-qualified FP&A and RTR finance professional with 7+ years of experience in business performance reporting, KPI monitoring, and month-end financial reporting across global service organizations. I focus on turning complex financial inputs into clear budget vs. actuals insights, variance analysis, and executive-ready commentary.

In my current Senior Accountant – FP&A role, I own end-to-end P&L reporting for assigned entities, including MoM/QoQ/YoY trends, profitability analysis, and management reporting that directly supports strategic decision-making. I also execute month-end and post-close activities such as flash reporting, actuals tracking, headcount analysis, journal reclassifications, and financial commentary—while meeting reporting deadlines.

I strengthen accuracy and governance through intercompany accounting and reconciliations across multiple legal entities, plus SOX reporting variance and internal control collaboration. I build KPI dashboards and MIS reports using Excel, Power BI, and SAP, and I automate recurring reporting workflows using SAP and Excel to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.

Previously as an Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts, I led timely period-end close under US GAAP, managed sub-ledger to GL reconciliation packs, owned fixed asset lifecycles, and supported revenue recognition and trend analyses. Earlier in cost and account work, I delivered raw material consumption variance analysis, overhead absorption calculations, and cost audit documentation (including XBRL), while performing internal audits and control walkthroughs using SOPs.
