At HCL Technologies, I defined architecture for GPR – GAP INC’s demand forecasting modules, including a hybrid PostgreSQL and MongoDB data architecture. I also worked with Python and Generative AI concepts on a RAG-based conversational interface.

For EPH – Quest Diagnostics, I architected shipment tracking and vaccine-order workflows with real-time status APIs, and designed integrations with legacy Apex and WE platforms. I also contributed to a RAG-based chatbot interface.

Across earlier work, I owned the technical design of the Selfcare SPA at Optimal Virtual Employee Pvt Ltd and built applications including a SIM Tracking live vehicle location API at Ernst & Young (EY) and an LIMS system at National Institute of Biologicals (NIB).
