At Wellness Forever Medicare Limited, I led a NetSuite implementation across a multi-store retail pharma chain, integrating POS and WMS systems and migrating business processes from Ecogreen ERP without disruption. I also designed the Chart of Accounts and GL mapping, and configured SuiteFlow workflows for procurement and vendor claims.
I authored the functional design for a SuiteScript-based Bulk Payment Utility that automated more than 500 monthly supplier payment transactions. I also owned QA for a Vendor Transaction Trace Report that reduced reconciliation queries by about 60%, and supported month-end close through trial balance review and ledger analysis.
