I fix NetSuite setups when O2C workflows get messy, integrations become unreliable, or reporting doesn’t drive decisions. I focus on solving business problems inside ERP systems, not just building scripts.
At N2 Lab, I’m working with a US retail client on inventory reporting, SuiteCommerce implementation, and internal SuiteApps, with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability. I also handle multiple client implementations and support the team on an ad-hoc basis.
Before that, I was the go-to person for production issues at Encora Inc. while supporting PROPERTY GURU for Malaysia and Singapore. I worked on O2C and P2P cycles, used Workato to manage integrations between front-end tools, and helped keep the system running with regular updates and optimizations.
Earlier, at Crowe, I customized and developed SuiteScript 2.x solutions, mentored juniors, and coordinated with clients for requirements and solution demos. I also built Suitelets and dashboards, and worked on cross-platform integrations like Snapsign, Docusign, Magento, and Informatica with NetSuite.
