I am a corporate lawyer with over five years of experience at one of India’s top-tier law firms, currently transitioning into an in-house counsel role with a leading Indian luxury fashion company. My journey has been marked by a holistic approach that integrates legal expertise with business strategies, ensuring that legal frameworks support and enhance operational goals.

At Purple Style Labs Limited, I served as AVP-Legal, where I coordinated research, drafting, and strategic advising for the company’s transition from private to public. My role involved managing due diligence and negotiations for equity and debt investments, as well as engaging in complex contract negotiations that ensured seamless partnerships across diverse teams. I provided legal counsel on various compliance matters, including intellectual property and e-commerce, while also advising on UK-specific legal issues to navigate complex regulatory landscapes effectively.

Prior to this, I was an Associate at AZB & Partners, where I advised renowned funds and companies on complex investment transactions and legal due diligence. My experience includes drafting key transaction documents and conducting comprehensive legal research across various branches of law. I have also interned at prestigious law firms, gaining valuable insights into corporate law, private equity, and dispute resolution.
