For Canva, I defined an activation metric framework that supported an organization-wide shift from MAU to DAU and built F1-score models for D14, D28, and D365 retention. For Telstra, I implemented a LightGBM learning-to-rank recommendation model that improved buy-again rate by 16%.

I've increased Hyundai customer engagement conversion from 30% to 49%, lifted in-app-purchase revenue by 6%, improved prediction accuracy by 16%, and drove 462% revenue growth on a key account through measurement and attribution redesign. I also optimized BigQuery workforce pipelines to cut processing time by 80% and led migration of more than 5 million records into GCP.

I enjoy connecting technical delivery with executive-ready storytelling, from KPI logic and production dashboards to product experiments and cross-functional roadmaps.
