At US Technology International Private Limited, I work on PP/QM processes for an internal COE system, contribute to project estimates and pre-sales analysis, and carry out data SME duties for an S/4HANA and MES migration project. I also work on AI-based solution design for PP/QM.
For the KEEN Footwear SAP AFS to S/4HANA Fashion migration assessment, I documented processes across three manufacturing plants and assessed them against SAP Model Company for Fashion and Fashion COE reference models. I designed the target article master and merchandise hierarchy model and helped define a path to replace Excel-based planning and scheduling.
At Numeric Technologies, I worked on S/4HANA RDS solutions for fashion and textile, including gaps such as worker line assignment, quotation cost sheets, shop-floor logs, and machine planning and reporting. I also worked intensively with standard and newly developed FIORI apps, and carried out an end-to-end implementation, four rollouts, and an S/4HANA upgrade audit.
My project work has included SAP PP/QM implementations and rollouts across textile, fashion, dairy, pharma, automotive, and other industries. I’ve also supported migration planning, testing, end-user training, and go-live activities; at Anubha Industries Pvt. Ltd., I developed a one-click production and quality master data creation application to reduce repetitive work.
