I’m a Network & Security Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience specializing in the remote administration, configuration, and proactive monitoring of enterprise routing, switching, and firewall infrastructure. I operate independently in high-uptime, SLA-driven environments, with a strong focus on keeping networks secure and available.

In my current role at Bhorer Alo Broadband, I centrally manage and provision core routing and switching infrastructure for a high-density service provider network using Cisco and Huawei carrier-grade platforms. I engineer traffic paths and optimize performance by remotely configuring dynamic routing protocols (including OSPF and BGP), helping deliver maximum throughput and 99.99% infrastructure availability. I also monitor regional network health with centralized NMS tools, proactively identifying bandwidth bottlenecks, latency spikes, and link failures to resolve Tier-2 incidents before customer impact.

Previously at Benvar Broadband / Wishnet Broadband, I administered enterprise-wide firewall policies on Fortinet platforms, hardening network perimeters against unauthorized exposure and cyber risks. I deployed and maintained secure Remote Access and Site-to-Site VPN tunnels and performed remote audits of firewall logs and ACLs to streamline security rule bases and maintain rigorous infrastructure hardening standards. Earlier, with Bittel Telecom / Vedang Radio Technologies, I used SSH/Telnet and secure remote desktop sessions to troubleshoot, patch, and reconfigure distributed infrastructure while collaborating in ticketing workflows to meet strict SLA timelines.
