I've delivered automation, API, and manual testing for web and mobile products at Key Quality Consult, Welbe Care, TAG Experiências Literárias, Dell Technologies, and IBM.
At Welbe Care, I built and maintained Cypress and Cucumber frameworks for three web applications, integrated automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and defined QA processes and testing strategies. I also led and mentored two QA Engineers while establishing quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
At TAG Experiências Literárias, I led four Junior QA Engineers and developed Cypress and Cucumber automation frameworks for web and mobile products.
