I’m seeking an administration and operations role where I can manage records, support front desk and stakeholder communication, and improve workflow efficiency through organized documentation, reliable data entry, and responsive customer service.

I’m an administrative and operations professional with experience supporting document management, records administration, customer service, front desk operations, and office coordination across public and private sector environments. I manage documentation carefully, keep accurate records, and support stakeholder communication to ensure smooth administrative processes.

In my Administrative & Operations Officer (NYSC) role, I managed the distribution and tracking of official documents, maintained comprehensive records of outgoing correspondence, and served as a first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders. I also drafted, edited, formatted, and reviewed official documents using Microsoft Office applications, and resolved a backlog of urgent files independently within one working day.

Previously, I supported customer service and daily business operations as a Customer Service Executive, managing inquiries, maintaining customer records, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports and administrative documentation. I also worked as a Sales Representative, assisting customers with product inquiries, maintaining inventory and sales documentation, and escalating concerns for resolution—building a strong foundation in accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork.
