For my Books Data Analysis project, I cleaned and analyzed a 500-book dataset using PostgreSQL. I examined pricing, inventory, genre distribution, and publication trends.
I built structured SQL tables from raw CSV data and queried them with JOINs, grouping, aggregate functions, and CASE statements to generate data-driven insights.
In my AI/ML Based Lunar Boulder Detection project, I developed a YOLOv8 object-detection system to identify and localize boulders in lunar terrain imagery. I also prepared and annotated image datasets and evaluated predictions against standard object-detection metrics.
As a Mechanical Engineering undergraduate at National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, I’ve gained practical exposure to Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Excel through academic projects. My industrial training at Durgapur Steel Plant (SAIL) included exposure to plant operations, process integration, and safety practices.
