At PT Ruang Raya Indonesia, I managed day-to-day operations across digital platforms, including product data, pricing, promotions, and administrative processes. I also monitored SOP implementation and maintained operational trackers.
As an Associate Teacher, I coordinated freelance teachers through onboarding, assignments, performance monitoring, payroll administration, and offboarding. I also conducted quality control of educational content and teacher outputs.
Earlier, I developed and reviewed Mathematics questions and solutions for a digital learning platform. At Kinderstation Primary School, I taught Grade 4 Mathematics and supported Grades 5–6 instruction under the Indonesian national curriculum and International Primary Curriculum.
I’ve also tutored elementary and junior high school students and presented research on mathematics anxiety and its effects on student achievement at 5th ICRIEMS.
