Software Developer at TRAQ building .NET systems for collections and payments, including a local-LLM knowledge platform.
South AfricaWhat I'm looking for
At TRAQ Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd, I’ve delivered work across internal and client systems in collections, payments and debt recovery. I rebuilt the internal ticketing and release platform, took its .NET 8 and Vue 3 version live, and set up Azure DevOps pipelines for three products.
I’ve integrated payment rails including PayShap, Ozow and DebiCheck into a customer payment portal, and built the .NET API behind a WhatsApp chatbot. I also built the Angular dialer integration and a document-validation product combining PDF text extraction with OCR.
As the sole developer, I designed and built a local-LLM knowledge platform using .NET 10, Qdrant hybrid search and Ollama, with a durable ingestion queue and evaluation harness. I also secured 30 previously open endpoints with an authentication test suite.
At Easygames (Pty) Ltd, I designed a multi-tenant casino game aggregation platform and built a KYC identity verification platform in React and .NET. I also led an in-house development team for a period, then returned to a hands-on developer role.
