I translate buyer spec sheets into clear sampling and production requirements, prepare invoices and production documentation, coordinate labels and inspections, and follow orders through a 75-day ex-factory timeline. My consistent follow-up has helped maintain a 90%+ on-time delivery rate while supporting costing and final pricing in ERPDaddy.
I also supervise and train a support staff member, keep order records accurate across MS Office and Zoho tools, and resolve issues early to protect quality, delivery, and buyer trust.
