What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused, data-driven role where I can analyse insights, improve service quality, evaluate AI outputs, and continue growing in data science and artificial intelligence.

I've supported customer-focused and AI quality projects at Fusion Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., using customer data to understand service demand, preferences, usage trends, and lead quality.

I recommended services aligned with customer needs and contributed insights focused on service optimisation and value delivery. My work helped improve customer experience through practical, data-driven analysis.

I've also reviewed and labelled image data, evaluated AI-generated responses for quality, consistency, and reliability, and performed front-end testing to support smooth user interactions.

With a BCA and an Advanced Certification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from IIT Madras, I bring attention to detail, objectivity, communication, and problem-solving to customer-facing and technology-focused work.
