I began my career as an Azure DevOps on-call engineer, then transitioned into a CX team manager role where I also contributed as a QA manual tester. While managing the CX team, I was introduced to Agile practices and started facilitating standups and team planning, sparking my interest in the Scrum Master role. This exposure led me to explore Agile more deeply. During a layoff, I took the opportunity to upskill by completing certifications (CSM, SAFe® 6 Agilist) and a Scrum Master internship, where I worked closely with Feature teams and a DevOps team.
I'm now actively looking for remote opportunities as a Scrum Master or Team Manager, where I can bring both people leadership and Agile delivery experience to the table.
