At CorroHealth, I performed accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT coding for medical records and applied HCC & RAF methodologies for risk adjustment. I ensured strict compliance with CMS guidelines, helping translate clinical information into correctly coded claims. I also focused on accuracy and compliance as my standard for every record.

Previously, at Assist Click, I conducted detailed chart reviews and clinical analysis to support medical summarization and documentation review. I generated structured reports for clinical insights, reinforcing my attention to detail and the importance of usable, organized documentation. At Simfa Lab, I supported quality control testing and QA processes, building a quality-first mindset I still apply in medical coding.
