I’m an AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with hands-on experience in HCC Risk Adjustment coding and quality auditing for US healthcare clients. I focus on coding accuracy, compliance, and productivity metrics aligned with enterprise healthcare delivery models.

In my risk adjustment work, I review inpatient and outpatient charts for HCC diagnosis capture and assign ICD-10-CM codes using CMS Risk Adjustment guidelines. I also perform coding for HCC & HHS projects, identify missed chronic conditions to improve RAF score accuracy, and support internal quality audits through error analysis.

I’m strongest in translating documentation into compliant coded data—covering ICD-10-CM, CPT®, HCPCS Level II, and E/M coding guidelines—while staying attentive to RAF capture and documentation analysis. My goal is to keep improving audit readiness and clinical specificity through consistent, high-quality coding.
