At CognizantTechnologySolutions, I configured Workday Core HCM, business processes, reports, and EIB integrations. I also spearheaded PeopleSoft Absence Management data conversion for 14,000+ employee records across three cycles, with high data accuracy and zero production disruption at go-live.
Earlier at CognizantTechnologySolutions, I directed a full-cycle Time & Labor implementation that replaced a legacy ADP eTime platform, and led onsite delivery operations for an eight-member team. I also supported enterprise HR and payroll operations and coordinated more than 40 interface points.
At Infosys Technology Limited, I developed PeopleSoft interfaces and Application Engine programs for data migration and configured Core HR organizational structures. I’m now based in Germany, studying German from A2 toward B1, and seeking challenging HCM techno-functional architecture opportunities.
