What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an accounts payables or invoicing role where accuracy and compliance matter. I want to support timely payments, resolve discrepancies quickly, and contribute to efficient month-end closing in a collaborative finance team.

I’m an accounts payables clerk focused on accuracy, compliance, and keeping vendor relationships strong. In my role at Prodistribution Pvt Limited, I processed a high volume of invoices, maintained and updated accounts payable records, and ensured timely, policy-aligned payments.

I reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies promptly, and support month-end closing by preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations. I also trained new staff on accounts payable procedures and accounting software to strengthen team performance.
