I am a detail-oriented and organized aspiring Medical Coder, currently pursuing my degree in Applied Business Management – Medical Coding & Billing at Ensign College. My journey in healthcare began with a foundational studies certificate from BYU Pathway Worldwide, which laid the groundwork for my passion for medical coding and billing.

In my role as a Laboratory Secretary, I managed patient records and laboratory documentation, ensuring efficient workflows and effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals. My volunteer experience as a Family History Consultant allowed me to hone my organizational and customer service skills while assisting individuals in documenting their genealogy.

I am committed to continuous learning and professional development in medical coding, with a strong understanding of medical processes gained through my administrative experience. I am eager to apply my knowledge in a Medical Coding Internship, where I can contribute to healthcare documentation accuracy and efficiency.
