What I'm looking for

Seeking a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead role to build enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, SQL Server and Angular. I aim to contribute to architecture and technical decisions, mentor developers, and take ownership of end-to-end software delivery.

At Xentricx Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I delivered HRMS, Payroll, ERP and CRM platforms using .NET and Angular, and led a development team of 10+ across enterprise projects. I also resolved reporting and payroll bottlenecks, bringing long-running reports and batch jobs down from minutes to seconds.

I solely re-architected and rebuilt an HRMS and Payroll platform from legacy .NET Core 2.1 MVC to .NET 9 Web API with Angular. The platform included attendance, leave and payroll workflows, plus employee helpdesk and grievance management.

As a self-employed developer, I delivered 15+ production business applications for clients in areas including schools, transport and logistics. I’m currently working with VTech Software, providing technical consulting, planning architecture and developing selected application modules.
