At Firstsource, I develop and maintain Celonis dashboards for Invoice Management approver, Live Inventory Tracking, and SRMC projects. My process optimization work generated $13.2M in business value and $262M in SRMC savings.

I designed and implemented Celonis Action Flows to automate processes and streamline approvals, and I analyze SQL scripts to support data validation and reporting. I also developed Copilot solutions to automate insights and improve user productivity.

At Merck KGaA, I integrated Celonis Process Mining with SAPNEXT and SAPNOW and worked on ETL for Procure-to-Pay analytics. I also placed 5th in the AWS–Celonis APAC Hackathon with an AI-driven automation solution integrating AWS Bedrock and Celonis.
