At Shree Cement Limited, I transformed the Panipat unit’s weighbridge setup into an Integrated Logistics Management System for error-free weighment and better control over the complete cycle.
I managed stores and material operations, including inventory, scrap disposal, logistics, and commercial contracts. I also participated in inventory transfer from SAP to Oracle and served as the Panipat unit’s SAP Super User for data transfer to SAP S4 Hana.
Earlier, at Jaiprakash Associates Limited – Cement Division, I coordinated material transfers across plants and onboarded more than 100 vendors. Vendor negotiations secured discounts of up to 52%.
