I've led enterprise technology programmes at Bank Mandiri from business case and procurement through testing, production go-live, and operational transition. I delivered the mission-critical NewCore Custody System modernization during COVID-19 and supported programmes tied to approximately USD 900M in retained funds.

I bring executive governance, RAID management, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and cross-functional delivery experience across 100+ participants. I've worked with TCS, Oracle, IBM, offshore teams, and senior business and IT stakeholders using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
