At Persistent Systems Ltd., I support IBM Cloud Pak for Data System, IBM Integrated Analytics System, and Netezza Performance Server environments running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. I work across production, development, test, and DR systems, supporting more than 50 enterprise customers.
I handle Sev1–Sev3 incidents and production troubleshooting across application, Docker, platform, Linux, networking, and hardware layers. I also support platform upgrades and Kubernetes operations, and document root-cause findings and troubleshooting procedures.
On my Production Operations & DevOps Automation Platform project, I’m developing Bash-based automation for Linux health checks, application monitoring, backup validation, and log analysis. The project uses Git, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes to automate deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational checks.
