Pratishtha Oli

I’m a Senior GL Accountant working remotely from Nepal, with strong grounding in accounting, audit, and tax work. I combine hands-on bookkeeping and general ledger responsibilities with advisory thinking that helps teams and clients move faster and with more confidence.

In my recent role, I support GL accounting for Dept, and I bring the same detail-orientated approach to every assignment—whether it’s preparing accurate books or supporting month-end processes. Before that, as a UK Property Accountants Senior Associate, I managed 100+ clients, handled bookkeeping in Xero and QuickBooks, prepared management accounts, and filed individual tax returns.

I’ve also prepared and reviewed statutory accounts and produced corporation tax returns, providing tax advisory services based on what the numbers and compliance requirements actually demand. Beyond core accounting, I helped shape property management and accounting software by defining critical business requirements and leading a team responsible for comprehensive software testing.

My audit experience started as an Audit Executive and Article Trainee, where I led due diligence for a merger and supported internal and statutory audits across insurance, banking, private companies, and hydropower. I’m especially motivated by integrating artificial intelligence and automation to improve efficiency and innovation in financial processes.
