I’m a Procurement Analyst I Assistant Manager focused on turning procurement data into better sourcing, cost control, and material availability. I support planning by analyzing material consumption patterns, demand forecasts, and production requirements.

In my current role at Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited, I use SAP S/4 HANA MM and SAP Ariba to monitor inventory levels, review historical procurement data, and track supplier performance metrics. I also handle RFQ analysis, spend analysis, vendor evaluation, and procurement reporting to improve strategic sourcing decisions.

I’ve built systems and implemented processes through my SAP S/4 HANA MM Procure-to-Pay (P2P) project, including configuration for purchasing organizations and groups, plus work on Material Master and Vendor Master. I supported end-to-end testing and UAT, and used Advanced Excel for procurement data analysis and process improvement coordination.

I also created an Inventory Management System using SQL—designing a normalized schema with complex joins, subqueries, views, and stored procedures to track real-time stock movement. With a strong foundation in DBMS, C++, and Data Structure and Algorithms, I bring a problem-solving mindset to procurement analytics and reporting.
