I am looking for a role that allows me to drive sustainability initiatives and foster environmental awareness within an organization, while also providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

I am Pratiksha Naik, an environmental engineer with over 13 years of experience in corporate communication, CSR, and sustainability at Tata Power Company Ltd. My journey has been marked by a commitment to biodiversity management and environmental awareness, where I have developed and implemented impactful programs that resonate with both employees and the community.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led initiatives such as the No Net Loss Biodiversity Action Plans for various renewable sites and conducted significant assessments like the Elephant Corridor Assessment. My efforts in promoting urban biodiversity conservation have resulted in the creation of butterfly gardens and the initiation of waste management systems, showcasing my dedication to environmental stewardship.
