At Simbian, I manage multi-cluster, multi-cloud Kubernetes environments and deploy the Simbian application on customer on-prem infrastructure. I implemented monitoring, observability, telemetry, tracing, and logging, and helped establish the software release process and an Internal Development Platform.
At Falkonry, I managed multi-region, multi-cloud environments and automated infrastructure and deployments with tools including Terraform and Ansible. I implemented Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos observability, improving MTTR and MTTD by over 50% and 90%, respectively, and contributed to SOC2 compliance.
