I’ve been handling accounts operations in Jodhpur since 2021, including operating Oddo software for GIN/GOR, generating debit notes for vendors, and maintaining purchase-order and inventory details for sanding, polishing, PPIC, and dispatch.
I work through Tally ERP 9 to upload purchase bills, debit notes, credit notes, and sales invoices, and I generate e-way bills, e-invoices, and shipping invoices (including Concor and private transport companies). I also reconcile shipping invoices and support export sales uploads on the Jodhpur Rajasthan government portal.
Before that, I ran account and operations work as an Account & Operation Manager (2018–2020) and handled ICICI Bank processes as a Deputy Relationship Executive, where I opened and managed current accounts using Finacle. I’ve also led administrative coordination for up to 20 employees and supported owner and sales teams with day-to-day operational workflow.
