I've built production multimodal RAG systems and AI chatbots for an enterprise aviation SaaS platform at RedBeryl Tech Solutions. My work enables natural-language queries across documents and images while automating 25% of routine support queries.

I engineered multi-tenant data isolation and RBAC with tenant-scoped PostgreSQL repositories and ChromaDB collections. I also built LangGraph Supervisor–Researcher–Writer workflows, hybrid extraction pipelines achieving 98% accuracy, and Microsoft Graph email ingestion that reduced manual entry by around 70%.

At UrbanRoof, I developed a CLI-based AI carousel automation pipeline using Gemini AI and Pillow. I independently architected eight production-ready templates and reduced carousel creation to under 10 seconds.

I'm focused on building and scaling intelligent customer-support and NLP-powered AI products using Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and scalable AI infrastructure.
