At Josys, I architected the Policy Workflow Orchestration Platform, powering employee lifecycle automation, access governance, and business-event workflows across 1,000+ organizations.

I led Temporal adoption and designed a configuration-driven Workflow DSL that turns business events into durable workflow executions without spreading workflow logic across services. My orchestration patterns support retries, idempotency, failure recovery, approvals, auditability, and more than 100K workflow-triggering events daily.

I also built Josys's Survey Platform, capable of ingesting 2.4M users per hour, and led the Smart Sync Framework to deliver 3× faster sync speeds and 40% infrastructure cost savings. I improved concurrency and consistency with Redis-based caching and distributed locking, reducing update conflicts by 95%.

Earlier at Xeno, I scaled data processing to 1.5M+ customer and order insertions per hour and reduced segment uploads from 6 hours to 12 minutes. I enjoy owning systems from architecture through production, mentoring engineers, and solving customer-facing platform problems across Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Customer Success.
