What I'm looking for

I want to build agentic, production-grade AI products—partnering closely with product and CXOs—to ship measurable customer outcomes, improve scalability and efficiency, and own next-gen AI experiences end-to-end.

I’m a Principal Engineer with 9+ years in software and product development across travel, payments, and agritech, and the last 2 years focused on building production AI systems. I’ve architected a reusable multi-agent orchestration framework that now powers multiple AI products at ixigo, including the in-app voice assistant and the AI voice bot platform.

At ixigo, my agentic systems handle ~80% of company call volume: I built the multi-agent core that lets users converse while the agent navigates app flows, resolves journey issues, and proactively nudges based on observed behavior. I also led the end-to-end backend for the voice bots platform, replacing the legacy IVR, and later reused the orchestration and memory approach across products for faster iteration and scale.

Earlier, I led major backend transformations—migrating the flights platform from monolith to microservices, pitching and delivering a probabilistic booking distribution service, and running optimization programs that improved margins and booking outcomes. I’m energized by 0→1 product thinking, partnering with CXOs, product, business, and engineering teams to ship, and mentoring others to raise system quality and delivery velocity.
