At Equinix, I’m defining the Lead-to-Cash solution architecture with Salesforce and Oracle Fusion domain leads, and helped draft the multi-year roadmap for moving systems from Siebel, SingleView and Oracle to Salesforce and Oracle. I also built a Salesforce Agentforce agent that validates quotes against Oracle Subscription Management billing transactions.
I architected a homegrown datastore on Amazon Aurora, fed by multi-cloud ETL from Oracle Integration Cloud and Salesforce, delivering sub-200 ms API responses over 6M+ transaction rows. I led four developers and designed Kafka-driven ingestion, Python ETL and reconciliation tooling.
Earlier at Equinix, I designed the Finance Transformation solution for billing, AR, credit and collections, and led the development team. I also served as solution architect and product owner for Oracle OSM, reviewing and signing off the implementation.
Before Equinix, I delivered SingleView billing solutions at Verizon and Intec / CSG, from solution design through implementation support and production troubleshooting. In personal projects, I built an AI-enabled expense manager and completed an implementation with LangChain, LangGraph and LangSmith.
