I’m looking for a role where I can lead technical integrations and partner enablement for enterprise cloud/APIs, build customer-focused solutions, and apply my forward-thinking AI lens to modernize systems while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

I’m a Technical & Solutions Engineering Leader with 12+ years of experience driving large-scale technical integrations and managing technical partnerships across APAC. I’m AWS Certified Solution Architect (Associate), with deep expertise in Python, cloud-based solution designing, and API architecture.

In my current role as Sr. Technical Account Manager – Fuse IN/APAC at Amazon (Singapore), I spearhead solution validation and technical integrations for APAC partners. I construct complex technical workflows and design system architectures for partner onboarding—leveraging cloud-based solutions and APIs to reduce integration cycle times, and improving customer satisfaction while reducing churn by 20%. I also orchestrate collaboration frameworks between partners, integrators, and internal technical teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

Previously, I led product and engineering efforts at Singapore Telecommunications Ltd, launching fintech solutions adopted by 500K+ customers across APAC and scaling financial services to 130K+ active users with S$14M in annual revenue. Earlier, as a Senior Software Engineer at ETECNOLOGY Centre, I built and led distributed teams and architected reusable APIs and microservices, cutting onboarding development time by 50%—and I continue to stay hands-on, bringing a forward-thinking perspective shaped by emerging AI tools.
