PRANJAL JAT

I’m a Computer Science and Engineering M.Tech student at IIT Bhilai, currently a Teaching Assistant while working on a cryptography security thesis in Python. I enjoy turning complex topics into practical understanding and measurable outcomes.

In my thesis, I conduct fault analysis and side-channel attacks using ChipWhisperer Lite/CW Nano, including AES loop-skip fault attacks on embedded systems. I also develop fault-injection/side-channel methodologies for Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) algorithms and validate attack vectors to expose real-world implementation vulnerabilities.

Beyond security research, I’ve built end-to-end projects such as a Spotify Song Recommendation System (Python, Jupyter Notebook, Google Data Studio) and an e-commerce website (HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL) with search, filtering, and secure payment integration. I’ve mentored 10+ undergraduate students in Operating Systems, run weekly doubt-clearing sessions, and supported fair grading across two courses—always aiming to create clarity, confidence, and strong fundamentals.
